At the Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be offered to another patient who needs care.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments that are missed (no-show) or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $40 fee. This fee is the patient's responsibility and is not billed to or covered by insurance.
We understand that emergencies happen. If an unavoidable conflict arises, please call us as soon as possible at 850-656-1837 and we will do our best to work with you.
