Telehealth at COSPT
Getting treatment for muscle and joint pain through COSPT Telehealth is just like visiting any other doctor—except you can do it from the comfort of your home! All you need is a smartphone or device with a front-facing camera (smartphones are best since they’re easy to move around if needed during your session).
Our virtual treatments are just as effective as in-person care because we follow a proven, movement-based method called the MDT McKenzie Method. This approach focuses on how your body moves and responds to certain positions, meaning hands-on treatment is rarely needed.
We’re working with multiple health plans to make Telehealth Assessments and Treatments available to more patients.

Who is able to access IMC's Telehealth through COSPT currently?
All Capital Health Plan Members are able to access the Telehealth Assessment and Treatment option for their care should they find it more convenient during this difficult time.
All Medicaid Plan Members who have been treated for a musculoskeletal condition within the last 90 days are able to access the Telehealth Assessment and Treatment option for their care should they find it more convenient during this difficult time.
All Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan Members are able to access the Telehealth Assessment and Treatment option for their care should they find it more convenient during this difficult time.

If you're here, you were likely invited by your clinician or healthcare provider to use the JointStrong® App. After signing up and completing your profile, you'll be able to send and receive secure, encrypted messages with your provider—giving you peace of mind that your private health information stays protected.
